Each team/solo will receive one set of pre-plotted 1:24,000 scale maps, along with a race instruction booklet. Everything will be printed on waterproof paper.
We'll have local BBQ and beverages for you at the FINISH. They'll be extras for purchase for friends & family.

See the 12 HR or 24 HR schedules above for times and locations depending on what race you're doing.

BIKES: 12HR ONLY (24HR Racers will be starting on bikes, so no staging needed) - You may stage any gear you’d like with your bikes, however, you may not leave any gear behind when leaving this transition area. For planning purposes, you'll be reaching your bikes within 5 hours after the race start.

PADDLE GEAR: Teams will be provided with canoes and single bladed canoe paddles. One boat for 2 & 3 person teams, and 2 boats for 4 person teams. The canoes do not have a center seat. Solo racers will be provided with a solo kayak and double bladed kayak paddle. Note that if you decide to use the provided paddles you must use the type provided with your boat (canoe or kayak).

If you're using your own PFDs/Paddles/Seats, NO other gear may be staged with your paddle gear – stage paddles, PFDs, and center-seats ONLY. We recommend you group and secure your team’s paddle gear together.

WATER: Access to potable water will depend entirely on the weather and the facilities' ability to de-winterize. We'll let you know during the pre-race what has been thawed. Otherwise, plan on treating, scrounging, or carrying the water you’ll need for the duration of the race.

5 Gallons of Gear: 24HR ONLY.  Each 24HR team (regardless of size) will be allowed ONE 5-gallon bucket to fill with any gear desired. Your Gear Bucket must meet the following requirements: tight-fitting lid, no larger than 5 gallons, must have a handle, bib (provided) taped to side. For planning purposes, you'll first be seeing this around halfway through the race, and a couple of more times thereafter.

Everything you need to know is probably in this communication or at www.361adventures.com. If you still have questions, feel free to email us.
Thanks again for Committing to Adventure, and we'll see you at the race!
